- 200 g minced meat (beef and pork)
- 1 bread roll
- 1 onion
- some rosmarine leaves
- 2 eggs
- 100 g Gouda cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 75 ml sour cream
- 150 ml heavy cream
Mix the meat with chopped onion and rosmarine. Add the egg and the bread ( which was soaked in milk and well squeezed out). Season the mixture with salt an pepper.
Form into balls and fry.
Slice the zucchini, tomatoes and potatoes.
Arrange in layers the vegetables and the fricadelles.
Mix the sour cream, heavy cream, egg, salt an pepper.
Poor over the cream mixture. Spread over the cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
