Cream Cheese Brownies 🙂
- 100 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 250 g sugar ( again, I used less)
- 60 g flour
- 2 eggs
- optionally walnuts, hazelnuts
- 200 g cream cheese
- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
Remove from heat and add the sugar and vanilla. Then add the eggs one at a time. Stir the flour and beat until the mixture is smooth.
Keep a third from the brownie batter for the marble design.
Then, mix the cream cheese ( it should be at room temperature), the sugar and the egg. Beat until gets creamy and smooth.
Place into a pan the brownie batter ( here can be added the walnuts/hazelnuts) and on top the cream cheese filling.
Then add the rest of the brownie batter and swirl to achieve a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven ( 160 degrees C) for about 25 minutes.
