  1. 2 boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 4 bacon slices
  3. 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  4. rosmarine
  5. salt and pepper
  6. oil

Cut each chicken breast in half, slicing through the middle to make two thin fillets. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

On a slice of bacon place a piece of chicken breast lengthwise. Top with the Gouda cheese and rosmarine.

Tightly roll up each breast lengthwise.


Fry the roulades around 2 min on each side. Then leave them in the oven for about 5 more min ( at 175 degrees C).
