  1. 1 egg
  2. 100 g skinless almonds
  3. 250 g marzipan
  4. 80 g powdered sugar
  5. 70 g grounded almonds
  6. 40 g flour
  7. 2 tbs of milk

Separate egg. Beat the egg white with the powdered sugar. Mix the grounded almonds and the marzipan. Add the egg white into the almond mixture and then incorporate the flour.
Roll dough into small size balls.

Mix egg yolk and the milk together. Brush top of the cookies.

Press three almonds into each cookie.

Bake for about 15 – 20 min ( in a preheated oven at 160 degrees C) or until pale golden.
