  1. 100 g cream cheese
  2. 100 g butter
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 250 g flour
  5. salt
  6. grated parmesan/poppy seeds/caraway seeds/sea salt

Mix well the cream cheese, butter (at room temperature), salt and one egg. Add the flour.

Let the dough refrigerate at least for an hour.

On a floured surface roll out the dough.


Cut the sheet into strips, as wished.


Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush the tops with the egg wash.

Sprinkle over grated parmesan /poppy seeds/caraway seeds/sea salt.


Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C until golden.
