Ingredients:

  1. 280 g flour
  2. 3 tsp baking powder
  3. 120 g sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 250 ml milk
  6. 6 tbls oil
  7. 150 g raspberries
  8. a pinch of salt

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C.

Whisk the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and salt.

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk and the oil. Combine the mixture together with the dry ingredients.

Fill in each muffin cup to a third, add some raspberries and then cover so the muffin cup would be almost full.

Bake the muffins around 20 min.

I made this muffins for some children, so I thought it would be nice to decorate them with chocolate and some candy sprinkles 🙂 (..even tried to make a bee out of a muffin, it didn’t work the way I expected it)
