  1. 200 g flour
  2. 100 g butter
  3. 50 g sugar
  4. 1 egg


  1. 100 g cream cheese
  2. 25 g sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. 50 g dark chocolate

Add together the flour, sugar, egg and butter. Mix until it is all well combined. Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate it at least for 30 min.

Meanwhile prepare the filling.

Melt the chocolate on bain-marie. Remove from the heat.

Mix together the cream cheese and the sugar. Then add the egg. Incorporate in the mixture the melted chocolate.

Place the dough on a floured surface, roll it out and cut the rounds depending of the size of the tart forms.

With a fork, make some holes in the dough.

Keep the muffin tin in the refrigerator for 20-30 min before filling in the tarts.

Bake the tarts for 20 min in a preheated oven at 190 degrees C.

The tarts can be decorated with whipped cream, cocoa powder or fruits.
